Our Client - a leading global organization is looking for a Digital Communications Manager to lead the development and execution of our digital strategy across all platforms.

You’ll be at the forefront of driving brand awareness, online engagement, and corporate reputation through impactful content, SEO/SEM, paid media, and data-driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement integrated digital communications strategies aligned with Thai Union’s global communications and sustainability objectives.
  • Oversee content strategy, UX, SEO, and performance of three corporate websites; ensure messaging is timely, impactful, and aligned with our brand voice.
  • Manage the company’s social media presence across platforms to grow engagement, strengthen corporate reputation, and support key campaigns.
  • Lead the creation of high-quality digital content—from blog posts and infographics to short videos and vlogs—that tells the Thai Union story to a global audience.
  • Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.), optimize targeting and budget, and ensure strong campaign ROI.
  • Drive organic search visibility through best-in-class SEO strategies and coordinate SEM efforts across global platforms.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics and social listening platforms to monitor KPIs, audience behavior, and content performance. Share insights and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and clear alignment with communication goals.
  • Provide digital support in times of issue or crisis management, ensuring timely and appropriate messaging across online platforms.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in digital communications, corporate communications, or related fields
  • Strong track record in developing and executing integrated digital strategies for corporate or global brands
  • Deep understanding of digital platforms, social media management, and emerging trends
  • Solid experience in SEO/SEM, digital media buying, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite)
  • Excellent English communication and copywriting skills; Thai fluency is a plus
  • Highly organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented
  • Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling skills; proficiency in content creation tools is a plus (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing tools)
