About the Role

We are seeking a Digital Enablement Manager to drive the adoption and effective use of digital platforms and tools across our organisation. This role is pivotal in empowering teams to embrace innovation, ensuring seamless change management, and supporting our ongoing digital transformation journey within the legal sector.

The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, a strong advocate for digital adoption, and skilled at partnering with stakeholders to embed digital solutions into everyday workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives to drive adoption of digital platforms, tools, and processes across the organisation.

  • Act as a digital evangelist, inspiring and educating teams to embrace new technologies and ways of working.

  • Partner closely with business leaders and stakeholders across the region to understand needs, align on priorities, and deliver impactful digital enablement strategies.

  • Develop and execute change management and communication plans to ensure smooth transitions during digital rollouts and transformations.

  • Monitor adoption metrics, collect feedback, and continuously improve engagement approaches to maximise usage and business impact.

  • Provide training, guidance, and support to enhance user experience and confidence in digital platforms.

  • Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and trends, particularly within the legal and professional services space, and recommend opportunities for innovation.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Change Management, or a related field.

  • 6–10 years of experience in digital adoption, change management, or transformation roles(experience in the legal/professional services industry preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies(e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter).

  • Proven track record of driving adoption of digital tools and platforms at scale.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills; able to influence, engage, and collaborate across multiple levels and regions.

  • Comfortable with exploring and piloting new technologies, and translating technical concepts into business impact.

  • Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
