Our client, a leading global FMCG company is looking for an E-commerce Director.
This role is for a strategic leader who can own and drive the company’s digital commerce and media transformation. You will be responsible for accelerating the adoption of online ordering and launching a new, integrated loyalty program.
Candidates with a strong e-commerce background from tech platforms are highly preferred.
Job Description:

Spearhead the company’s digital commerce strategy and lead all growth initiatives.

Cultivate and mentor a high-performing team of talented digital and media professionals.
·
Foster strong cross-functional partnerships to ensure a collaborative, team-first culture at all levels.
·
Work closely with marketing leadership to align and execute the brand’s overall marketing vision.
·
Partner with product and technology leads to drive the digital roadmap.
·
Leverage data from all sources to prioritize improvements and enhance the entire digital commerce program.
·
Ensure daily operational excellence across all key digital channels
Requirements:
·
A minimum of 12 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
·
Proven ability to create and execute successful, large-scale digital growth strategies.
·
Strong commercial skills with a clear track record of improving both revenue and profitability.
·
Excels at coaching and developing high-performing teams.
·
Fully fluent in both Thai and English.
