An SaaS organisation is hiring for an experienced Sales/BD Manager to drive its regional remit focused on SEA markets (for now). This is a high-impact enterprise hunting and individual contributor role, responsible for identifying, pitching, and closing enterprise clients.
Key responsibilities
- Grow: Acquire enterprise and regional chain clients across Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia, prioritizing high-value, multi-outlet opportunities
- Develop: Generate qualified leads via outreach, partnerships, networks, and events; build senior stakeholder trust; monitor competitors and market trends to refine strategy
- Execute: Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to closure; run consultative conversations to uncover needs, prove ROI, and deliver tailored AI solutions
- Collaborate: Partner with SDRs, marketing, and customer success to strengthen pipeline quality, ensure smooth onboarding, and maximize long-term client value
- Engage: Travel up to 50% across markets to close deals and deepen executive relationships
Key requirements
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets in SaaS or consultative enterprise solution selling
