Headquartered in Asia, a leading restaurant and hospitality technology company is seeking a F&B Enterprise Partnerships Manager (SG, MY & HK)
to drive its next phase of regional growth.
A proven domain expert in digitising ordering, engagement, and operations across Asia, the organisation has built a strong foundation in Singapore and is now expanding into Hong Kong and Malaysia. This individual contributor role calls for a rainmaker; someone with trusted relationships across enterprise F&B groups who can open doors at the CEO and owner level, initiate high-value conversations, and convert influence into strategic partnerships.
The position can be based in Singapore or Hong Kong, with frequent market travel expected across the three focus countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise business development across SG, HK, and MY to expand regional revenue
- Open direct access to F&B group owners, CEOs, and MDs through trusted relationships
- Convert influence into commercial agreements that drive digital transformation across enterprise clients
- Identify, prioritise, and secure high-value opportunities across restaurant and hospitality groups
- Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure delivery excellence
- Provide market intelligence and pipeline insights to leadership to guide growth strategy
- Uphold disciplined governance and commercial reporting
Key Requirements
- Proven BD or commercial leadership within F&B, retail, or consumer sectors
- Deep, active network of senior F&B decision-makers across SG and HK; existing access is essential
- Fluent in English, plus either Mandarin and/or Cantonese
- Strategic, autonomous, and results-driven with exceptional relationship capital
- SaaS or digital platform experience advantageous but not mandatory
