Key Responsibilities:

Business Partnering & Commercial Finance
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial teams to support growth and ensure financial sustainability.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations on pricing, promotions, and customer terms.
- Analyze profitability by customer, channel, and product to optimize sales investments.
- Support negotiations with financial modeling and scenario planning.
- Ensure accurate sales forecasting and alignment with supply chain operations.

Financial Planning & Reporting
- Prepare sales-related budgets, forecasts, and monthly performance reviews.
- Track performance against plans, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools for key commercial KPIs.

Control & Compliance
- Ensure strong financial governance around discounts, trade spend, and promotional investments.
- Implement internal controls to comply with policies and regulations.
- Drive process improvements and automation in sales finance reporting.

Leadership & Collaboration
- Manage and develop a small finance team.
- Collaborate with regional finance to align on policies and best practices.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CPA preferred).
- 5–10 years of experience in Finance/Commercial Finance, preferably in FMCG, retail, or healthcare.
- Strong knowledge of trade spend management, sales forecasting, and commercial analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong business partnering skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP) and advanced Excel/Power BI.
- Fluent in English and Thai (written and spoken).
