An international lifestyle retail organisation is appointing a General Manager, Taiwan for one of its most important markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Taiwan market with high numbers of stores/POS and full P&L ownership
• Advocate and lead by example to drive a data-driven approach in ways of working
• Prepare and execute the 2026 operating model transformation
• Strengthen execution across productivity, inventory, pricing, sell-through, and operational discipline
• Develop and upgrade a leadership bench of a sizeable team of direct reports

Key Requirements

• Experienced and ambitious retail operator with multi-functional exposure (commercial, merchandising, retail, marketing)
• Proven P&L leadership for a business with high number of stores/POS
• Strong commercial instincts and analytical discipline
• Thrives in a high-accountability environment with direct executive challenge
