Global Banking - Equity Derivatives Ops Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support global markets operations with focus on Interest Rate & Equity Derivatives validation & payments

• Ensure daily operations compliance with internal policies & regulatory requirements across all products

• Implement operational procedures aligned with internal guidelines & relevant regulatory standards

• Support project implementations, workflow design & process re-engineering initiatives for efficiency

• Participate in investment product development, testing & system enhancement implementation phases

• Collaborate with business users, IT, legal & compliance teams to ensure seamless operational delivery

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree in relevant discipline OR equivalent professional qualifications in financial services

• Minimum 8 years banking experience in GM products with Interest Rate & Equity Derivatives knowledge

• Understanding of HKTR reporting processes & regulatory compliance frameworks (preferred)

• Strong attention to detail, self-motivated with ability to work independently under pressure

• Proficient in English & Chinese languages; Putonghua fluency advantageous for regional coverage

• Demonstrated ownership mindset with proactive can-do attitude & problem-solving capabilities
