About the Job:

• Develop a detailed project execution plan with sequenced activities for successful delivery.
• Determine necessary resources, including time, budget, and equipment.
• Create, manage, and track project schedules, effectively allocating resources.
• Identify, assess, and escalate issues to minimize project risks.
• Conduct regular schedule reviews with management, technical teams, and affected staff.
• Document all project activities and provide weekly status reports internally and externally.
• Serve as the main point of contact for vendor interactions and communications.
• Willingness to work outside of business hours, including weekends, as needed.

Role Duties:

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet project milestones.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans and resources as required.
• Facilitate clear communication between teams, management, and stakeholders.
• Ensure all project documentation is current and accessible.
• Provide regular status updates and reports to keep stakeholders informed.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with agreements.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.

Role Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in Voice and Data Network Technologies and Datacenter buildout.
• Strong organizational skills and customer service focus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical language.
• Strong business analysis skills with the ability to forecast implications.
• Proven ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage project lifecycles.
• Flexibility to adapt to a changing environment and handle unexpected challenges.
