We are seeking a commercially astute and growth-driven Head of Sales (IT) to lead our sales strategy, drive business development, and strengthen client relationships across key markets. This role is pivotal in accelerating revenue, shaping go-to-market execution, and elevating the performance of the commercial team.

You’ll be responsible for leading a high-impact sales function, identifying new growth opportunities, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction while aligning commercial efforts with overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities;

  • Develop and execute a forward-thinking commercial strategy aligned with company objectives
  • Set revenue targets, KPIs, and performance benchmarks for the commercial team
  • Drive pipeline development, opportunity management, and accurate forecasting
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team
  • Foster a results-oriented, collaborative culture that prioritizes growth and accountability
  • Implement ongoing training, coaching, and development programs
  • Identify and pursue new revenue streams through strategic partnerships and client acquisition
  • Analyze market trends and competitor movements to uncover white space opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Presales, and Delivery teams to align offerings with market needs
  • Build and nurture relationships with key clients and stakeholders.Ensure client satisfaction and drive long-term retention and growth
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategy, and proposal development
  • Establish effective sales processes, tools, and reporting frameworks
  • Monitor commercial performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal standards, and client expectations

Key Qualifications;

  • 10+ years in commercial leadership roles, preferably in IT Industry
  • Strong background in B2B sales, business development, and revenue ownership
  • Demonstrated success in scaling teams and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus)
