IT Application Support Analyst / FS / $30-38k P/M / Perm

Role Overview: As an IT Application Support Analyst, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving application issues, conducting root cause analysis, documenting workarounds, and developing effective solutions and escalating issues as needed. Additionally, you will support scheduled release upgrades and deployments, ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide IT support through diagnosis and resolution of application-related issues.
• Log and ticket issues as needed
• Perform root cause analysis to identify and address underlying problems.
• Document problem workarounds and develop solutions for recurring issues.
• Assist in scheduled upgrades and deployments, ensuring minimal disruption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience supporting large, complex application environments is essential.
• Proficiency in SQL is a must.
• Familiarity with applications running on JBoss, Apache TomEE, and IIS.
• Experience with RDBMS, including Oracle, is required.
• Knowledge of Linux systems is a plus.
• Fluent in both Cantonese and English, with excellent communication skills.
