Position Summary
We're seeking a Senior Business Analyst
with strong experience in Trade Finance / Supply Chain Finance
to support a global application across Front Office and Back Office. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering business requirements, defining functional solutions, and coordinating testing efforts across regions (APAC, EMEA, AMERICAS).
- This is a 12 months contract position to start with a possibility of extension based on individuals performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and validate business requirements with global stakeholders.
- Draft functional specifications and define user workflows.
- Coordinate and validate SIT, UAT, and NRT testing.
- Perform functional analysis for enhancements and production issues.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and security policies.
- Support system migrations and contribute to release documentation.
Critical Requirements
- 10+ years of over expereince with atleast 6–8 years
as an IT Business Analyst
in Supply Chain Finance, Trade Finance, or Accounts Payable/Receivable
domains.
- Strong functional understanding of electronic invoicing, supply chain workflows, and financial applications.
- Hands-on skills with SQL, XML, SWIFT, EDIFACT, ISO20022, and REST APIs.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall
project delivery models.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management across global teams.
- Exposure to security protocols(SSL/TLS, PKI, Certificates) and high-performance web applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.
Nice to Have
- Experience with microservices and integration-heavy platforms.
- Background in technical solution design.
- Familiarity with user authentication mechanisms and security best practices.
