Key Responsibilities
:

Responsible for managing key accounts and achieving assigned sales targets
·
Driving new business development to meet sales objectives
·
Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with customers
·
Effectively overseeing project implementation for both new and existing clients
·
Analyzing market trends and customer needs to develop and execute strategic plans
·
Leading internal efforts to promote and sell tailored fragrance solutions to clients
·
Identifying customer needs and aligning them with appropriate products or services
·
Providing insights on market conditions, product performance, competition, and potential opportunities to supervisors and support teams
·
Managing distributor relationships to ensure smooth operations
·
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement
·
Keeping track of competitor activities and market shifts to uncover growth opportunities
·
Consistently achieving and surpassing sales goals and performance indicators
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, Marketing or a related field Experience
- Minimum 5 years in sales, R&D, account management, business development and/or marketing in fragrances and/or FMCG business
- A keen eye for beauty, cosmetics, a personal sense of taste and style will be an added advantage
- Work Experience in the Fragrance industry will be an advantage.
