Argyll Scott is seeking for
Key Account Manager
with at least 5 years of experience in personal care, beauty or FMCG business. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in modern trade and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Sales Planning and Execution
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the beauty market within Modern Trade customer groups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Modern Trade business partners.
- Negotiate and execute trade agreements, including promotions and distribution contracts.
2. Partner and Account Management
- Create and execute tailored sales strategies for individual partners.
- Optimize sales channels to ensure maximum efficiency and performance.
3. Market Analysis and Growth Opportunities
- Analyze consumer behavior and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to achieve revenue targets.
4. Sales Team Leadership
- Train, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
- Evaluate team performance and provide actionable feedback for improvement.
5. Operations and Inventory Management
- Plan and manage inventory levels to align with sales strategies.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Warehouse teams to ensure seamless operations.
6. Reporting and Strategy Development
- Prepare detailed sales reports and recommend strategies for partner-specific improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- At least 5 years in key account management and sales experience in personal care, beauty or FMCG
- Strong understanding of the modern trade market
- Skills: Negotiation, relationship-building, data analysis, creative problem-solving, and communication
- Work Style: Able to work both independently and in teams
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities both in Thai and English
