L3 System Engineer

We are seeking a talented L3 System Engineer to join our team on a 1-year contract. This role offers a great opportunity to gain exposure to the organization, with the potential for conversion to a permanent position based on performance.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing large-scale device environments and possess strong technical skills across both Windows and Mac platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L3 support for over 1500 end-user devices
• Manage vendor relationships (e.g., Netmotion, Microsoft)
• Handle driver and firmware deployment
• Administer and manage devices using Microsoft Intune
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Windows OS and hardware issues
• Develop PowerShell scripts for automation and system tasks
• Provide Mac device support and administration

Key Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in End User Support and System Engineering
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Intune Device Management, Trouble shooting, Debugging of Windows OS, Hardware Issues and PowerShell Scripting
• Experience in managing large device fleets
• Experience in Drivers and Deployment firmware
• Familiarity with Mac environments and enterprise tools
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Experience in dealing with vendors like Netmotion, Microsoft, etc.
