About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Salesforce Architect to take ownership of the data architecture, governance, and migration strategy for our CRM ecosystem. This role will combine deep technical expertise with leadership in designing robust, scalable, and compliant data solutions that power our Salesforce platform.

You will partner with business, technical, and vendor teams to ensure our CRM data foundation is accurate, secure, and optimised for analytics and operational needs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Salesforce CRM data architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and best practices.
  • Lead data migration planning and execution from legacy systems to Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and minimal downtime.
  • Establish and enforce data governance policies, security protocols, and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, PDPA).
  • Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and business teams to align data models with business objectives.
  • Develop and optimise ETL processes for Salesforce and integrated systems.
  • Drive continuous improvement in data quality, accessibility, and usage across the organisation.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements

  • Strong technical/engineering background with 7+ years of experience in data management, architecture, or engineering.
  • Proven experience working with Salesforce CRM data structures and integration patterns.
  • Expertise in SQL and experience with Google Cloud Platform(BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Python or other programming languages for data processing and automation.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience in large-scale data migration projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
