PMO Support / Manager role
5 + years exposure to large scale business-centric PMO roles within Financial services.
Core requirements include:
Project Governance:
- Support i preparation of governance committee submissions, pack and content for required governance forums
-Taking Minutes and managing stakeholder diaries
- Work with project team to support on project plans, status and other items
- Help delivery of Project Portfolio and Reporting analysis
- Oversee project tracking of key project metrics for reporting
- Manage resources on boarding / off boarding
Project Risk:
Support with risk log , ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Manage internal change log
- Support on portfolio and program reporting documentation ‘
- Support senior PMO Leads to oversee project health checks
Vendor reporting & management:
- Support on Financial/ Vendor reporting
- Support on project actuals and cost forecasts, benefit realisation
- Support project budgets track and report actuals to date, forecast to complete and variances
Project Support / Administration:
- Support on drafting and renewal of SOW / contracts where needed
- Administer Program mailbox, email and SharePoint sites o Review project artefact compliance
- Maintaining project document repository and frameworks
- General admin duties as required
