Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management & Delivery

  • Lead full project lifecycle management from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.

  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.

  • Monitor and manage project risks, dependencies, and change requests through structured governance processes.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and success metrics.

  • Conduct regular project status reviews, stakeholder meetings, and executive reporting.

• Technical Leadership & Software Development

  • Oversee software development initiatives across web, mobile, or enterprise applications.

  • Collaborate with development teams to align technical solutions with business requirements.

  • Ensure quality assurance and testing processes are effectively implemented.

  • Drive continuous improvement in software development practices and agile delivery.

• Business Analysis & Requirements Management

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements.

  • Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.

  • Bridge the gap between technical teams and business units to ensure solution alignment.

• Data Migration & Cloud Transformation

  • Manage and execute data migration projects from legacy systems to cloud or new environments.

  • Oversee cloud data transformation initiatives(AWS, Azure, or GCP) ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and security.

  • Coordinate with data architects and engineers to implement scalable data models and pipelines.

• API Integration & System Interoperability

  • Lead and support API integration projects across internal and external systems.

  • Ensure APIs are designed, tested, and implemented according to performance and security standards.

  • Collaborate with solution architects and development teams to ensure seamless connectivity and data flow.

• Stakeholder & Team Management

  • Manage multi-disciplinary project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.

  • Communicate project updates effectively to all levels of stakeholders, including senior management.

  • Mentor and guide team members to enhance project execution and delivery excellence.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

• 6+ years of experience as a Project Manager in software development and IT projects.

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, working with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver solutions.

• 2+ years of experience managing data migration projects(including ETL, database transition, or legacy system migration).

• 2+ years of experience in cloud data transformation(AWS, Azure, GCP, or hybrid environments).

• 2+ years of experience in API integration and implementation across enterprise systems.

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall project management methodologies.

• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent tools.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

• PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification is a plus.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in insurance, banking, or financial services industries.

• Exposure to data governance, compliance, and cybersecurity frameworks.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
