QA Test Lead / Digital & Infrastructure Project / $60k P/M / extendable contract

Our client is seeking a QA Test Lead to support the successful delivery of a large-scale digital and infrastructure transformation project for a major enterprise client. We are looking for a hands-on and strategic QA Lead to join their high-performing delivery team.

Role Overview:

You will be responsible for owning and leading the QA strategy across both application and infrastructure components of the project. This includes end-to-end test planning, execution oversight, and ensuring quality gates are met throughout the SDLC. You’ll work closely with developers, business analysts, infrastructure engineers, and project managers to uphold quality across complex builds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement test strategies across digital and infrastructure domains
• Manage QA resources and provide leadership across functional and non-functional testing
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure test coverage and traceability
• Oversee automation frameworks and performance testing where relevant
• Track test metrics and report progress and quality risks to stakeholders
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline integration for test automation
• Ensure alignment to client’s governance, compliance, and release standards

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience leading QA/test efforts on enterprise-level digital and infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of end-to-end systems, including APIs, cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure), networking, and infrastructure-as-code
• Solid hands-on experience with automation tools(e.g. Selenium, Postman, JMeter)
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile delivery frameworks
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Must have fluent English. Cantonese and Mandarin is a plus
