We are seeking a highly organized and commercially driven Regional Account Manager to support the business development and operational execution of our distribution partners across Thailand and Vietnam. This role is responsible for managing daily collaboration, executing local strategies, and identifying growth opportunities across multiple sales channels. The ideal candidate is analytical, hands-on, and confident in working across cultures and with international teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop relationships with key accounts and distributors in Thailand and Vietnam
  • Serve as the main daily contact for assigned commercial partners, ensuring smooth communication and execution
  • Lead the rollout of country-specific strategies, including product assortment, pricing, in-store activations, and promotional planning
  • Support and monitor trade marketing activities, B2B initiatives, and category development projects
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., customer service, supply chain) to manage orders, forecasting, demand planning, and payment follow-ups
  • Analyze market data and sales performance to identify trends, track KPIs, and inform decision-making
  • Conduct monthly performance reviews with partners and recommend corrective actions or growth initiatives
  • Develop joint business plans with key accounts and distributors, including sales targets and action plans aligned with regional strategies
  • Share insights, market intelligence, and best practices across teams and partners to drive performance
  • Identify and evaluate new commercial opportunities, channels, or partnerships
  • Contribute to the development of annual area action plans and strategic proposals for future growth
  • Report regularly to regional leadership on country performance, partner progress, and market dynamics

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of direct experience in Key Account Manager position from FMCG industry or B2B Food industry.
  • Strong experience managing in MT, TT, Food Service, Horeca and B2B businesses.
  • Strong analytical skills & detail-oriented.
  • Traveling in the regions.
  • Data gathering and analyzing gives you energy. Experience in dealing with Nielsen, IRI, Kantar is considered a strong plus.
  • Excellent command in English communication with computer skills (MS-Office applications).
  • Passionate, persevering and self-motivated to achieve the challenging sales target.
