About the Client
Our client is a leading global financial services organization with a strong APAC presence. They foster innovation through Agile practices and invest in employee development.

Role Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.) and remove team impediments

• Coach teams on Agile best practices and maturity growth

• Partner with Product Owners to refine backlogs and deliver business outcomes

• Manage cross-team dependencies through Scrum of Scrums

• Ensure project compliance with governance standards

Role Requirements

• 5+ years as a Scrum Master with Agile certifications (PSM/CSM preferred)

• Expert in Jira/Confluence; financial/insurance experience a plus

• Strong facilitator with ability to teach Agile principles

• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

• Proactive problem-solver with stakeholder management skills
