Our client, a leading global FMCG company is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager (Indochina) to join and drive impactful marketing strategies for their key brands portfolio.
Job Description:
- Orchestrate impactful campaigns in collaboration with local partners, sales teams, and regional leaders, ensuring they amplify our brand's presence and fuel market share growth.
- Masterfully manage the marketing budget and rigorously track performance indicators to demonstrate return on investment and monitor overall brand vitality.
- Serve as a strategic compass, leveraging market research, consumer insights, and competitive analysis to continuously refine our marketing approaches and inform future product innovations.
- Take ownership of a diverse range of brand touchpoints, including media, trade marketing initiatives, above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) activities, and digital platforms, guaranteeing a cohesive brand narrative across all channels.
- Spearhead the creation and implementation of holistic marketing strategies customized for each unique market, ensuring alignment with overarching brand objectives and commercial targets.
Requirements:
- A strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, coupled with exceptional adaptability to navigate rapidly evolving market conditions.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Thai or other local languages will be highly valued.
- A deep understanding of the cultural subtleties, market forces, and consumer preferences within Laos, Cambodia, and Myanmar.
- A proven history of success in brand management, flawless campaign execution, and effective collaboration across various teams.
- At least 10 years of progressive marketing experience within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector or other consumer-centric industries, with significant exposure to emerging Southeast Asian markets.
