Regional Supply Chain Executive (Supply chain excellence)
Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, is seeking a dynamic and analytical Regional Supply Chain Executive to support and drive supply chain process improvements, project management, and change management initiatives across the region. This role plays a critical part in enhancing operational efficiency, enabling supply chain transformation, and supporting the long-term strategic goals of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Improvement & Supply Chain Excellence:
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline and standardize supply chain processes across the region.
- Support end-to-end process evaluations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Utilize data analytics and supply chain KPIs to identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Project Management:
- Lead and/or support regional supply chain projects, including system implementations, network optimization, and digital transformation.
- Ensure timely project delivery with strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Prepare project documentation, status updates, and performance reviews.
- Change Management:
- Drive change initiatives by developing communication and training plans to support process and system changes.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to align on best practices and ensure smooth transitions.
- Act as a key change agent to foster a culture of adaptability and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Planning, Logistics, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to support integrated supply chain operations.
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and internal SOPs throughout the change and improvement processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of supply chain experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong experience in supply chain process improvement, project management, and/or change management.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
