Argyll Scott is seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Training & Capability Development Manager to design, implement, and oversee training programs that build the capabilities of sales teams and distributors. This role is responsible for managing the full training cycle from needs analysis and program design to delivery and evaluation ensuring that field staff and managers are well-equipped to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, develop, and implement a year-round training calendar across different levels and sales channels
  • Assess capability gaps and prioritize training needs, delivering relevant programs to strengthen performance
  • Design and deliver tailor-made training solutions addressing specific capability development requirements
  • Identify and equip facilitators to deliver training programs effectively at various levels
  • Provide coaching to field staff and managers on best practices for sales execution and capability utilization
  • Leverage sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and design development initiatives
  • Prepare and update training materials to ensure readiness before program implementation
  • Lead and oversee the Sales Onboarding process, ensuring all new joiners receive proper induction and role preparation
  • Partner with HR and Organizational Development teams to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of training initiatives
  • Coordinate with regional teams to align and implement regional training programs locally
  • Track and report training impact, sharing progress updates with stakeholders to demonstrate business results

Requirements:

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 3–4 years of experience in Sales Training, Capability Development, or People Development
  • Solid understanding of Sales and Distributor Management within the FMCG industry
  • Strong communication, influencing, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to coach, train, and develop individuals and teams effectively
  • Thai Nationality only.
