Our client, a leading FMCG business is seeking Senior FP&A Manager for their team. This role will be a trusted finance partner, driving business performance through insightful planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Construct and oversee annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and sophisticated financial models to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead monthly performance reviews, generate insightful management reports, dissect deviations from targets, identify root causes, and propose actionable solutions. Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track and communicate business performance effectively.
- Collaborate closely with business leaders across various functions to develop financial insights, provide strategic guidance, and support business growth initiatives.
- Continuously seek opportunities to streamline financial processes, champion automation initiatives, and contribute to special projects as needed.
- Prepare and present clear, concise, and impactful financial reports and presentations to various stakeholders, including senior management, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial data, identify key trends and drivers, and translate findings into meaningful business insights and recommendations.
- Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and compliance requirements within the planning and reporting processes.
Requirements:
- Business acumen, effective communication & influencing, change management, navigating ambiguity.
- Strong FP&A knowledge, understanding of accounting principles, ability to manage complex planning processes, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, fluent in English.
- Result-oriented, agile, positive attitude, growth mindset
- Minimum 8 years of FP&A experience in fast-paced environments.
