(Senior) IT Business Analyst / Banking / HKD 20k – 40k / Contract

We are looking for Junior Business Analyst and Senior Business Analyst for our BFSI client. It would be a 12 months extendable contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, translate, and analyze business requirements from various stakeholders to ensure clear understanding.
• Develop comprehensive documentation of business processes and functional requirements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and business units to design, implement, and test solutions.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to optimize workflows and drive operational excellence.
• Provide ongoing support during the implementation and deployment phases.

What We're Looking For:

• Business analysis or related experience in the IT or financial services sectors.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Knowledge of banking, insurance, or financial services domain is an advantage.
