A global organisation with a strong focus on technology transformation is seeking an accomplished Senior Program Manager to lead strategic, cross-functional programs within its enterprise technology portfolio. The role oversees multi-year transformation initiatives across infrastructure and applications, driving operational excellence, cost optimisation, and business alignment across multiple global business units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-year, cross-functional transformation programs across infrastructure, enterprise applications, and operations.
  • Define and embed program governance frameworks, ensuring consistency, accountability, and delivery excellence across diverse initiatives.
  • Drive cost optimisation, service improvement, and innovation to achieve strategic and financial objectives.
  • Partner with global and regional leaders to align priorities, manage interdependencies, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction across all business units.
  • Coach and develop project and program managers, business analysts, and technical specialists to uplift internal delivery capability.
  • Oversee program reporting, financial tracking, and performance reviews to provide transparency and executive-level insight.

Job Requirements

  • 12–18 years of progressive experience in program or portfolio management within large, complex, and matrixed organisations.
  • Proven track record leading large-scale transformation programs across infrastructure and application landscapes.
  • Strong understanding of IT service delivery, architecture, and technology optimisation principles.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing structured frameworks such as PMI, Prince2, MSP, or Agile-at-Scale.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience engaging senior executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on program delivery and execution discipline.
  • Experience mentoring diverse delivery teams and uplifting PMO capability across technical and business functions.
  • Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills with a focus on measurable business outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication, adaptability, and resilience in high-demand, fast-changing environments.
