Senior Project Manager-Banking domains Strategy

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager-Director Level to lead the delivery of strategic initiatives across Wholesale Banking, Credit Risk, and Operating Model Transformation, with a focus on regulatory frameworks .The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and domain expertise to drive successful execution in a complex, regulated financial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale programs/projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource plans in collaboration with key stakeholders
• Ensure rigorous project governance, proactively identify and mitigate risks, and drive resolution of issues
• Coordinate and engage cross-functional teams across business, technology, operations, and regulatory functions in multiple geographies
• Manage stakeholder communications and provide regular updates to senior leadership and steering committees.
• Drive adherence to risk management frameworks, internal policies, and regulatory standards, with a focus on Credit Risk and SMA
• Oversee project documentation, reporting, and change management activities throughout the project lifecycle
• Foster a high-performance project environment with clear accountability, timelines, and deliverables

Key Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in project/program management within financial services, preferably in wholesale banking or credit risk
• Demonstrated success in leading complex programs in a regulated banking environment
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders, drive consensus, and communicate complex topics effectively
• Expertise in managing cross-functional teams and navigating matrixed environments
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Project management certification such as PMP, Prince2, or equivalent
