Position: Senior Talent Acquisition Executive

Department: Human Resources / Talent Acquisition

Location: West, Singapore

Reports to: Talent Acquisition Lead

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level positions, from job briefing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define job requirements, and create effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using various methods including job boards, social media, networking, headhunting, and referrals.
  • Manage and maintain strong candidate pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct competency-based interviews and assessments, ensuring candidates are aligned with role requirements and company values.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to support workforce planning and talent management initiatives.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s attractiveness as an employer of choice.
  • Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring trends to guide business decisions.
  • Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, source of hire) to evaluate and improve hiring performance.
  • Mentor and guide junior recruiters or team members where necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, data privacy, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4–7 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally in a fast-paced corporate or agency environment.
  • Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, employer branding, and sourcing techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and recruitment platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders with market insights.
  • A team player with a proactive, solutions-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
