Join a leading technology solutions provider, delivering reliable IT services, seeking an expert IT Infrastructure Engineer to support client systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer technical guidance to team and support clients
• Serve as senior Level II/III engineer for IT infrastructure issues
• Act as escalation point for team infrastructure challenges
• Monitor client systems and apply preventive measures
• Collaborate with helpdesk leader for timely client service
• Provide advice on system stability, performance, and security
• Design and implement technology solutions with the team
• Train junior staff on technical skills
• Keep accurate records of client IT infrastructure
• Promote company culture and standards
• Remain available via phone outside office hours
• Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Handle additional tasks as assigned

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years in tech support, 3+ years as senior engineer
• Diploma or higher in IT, Software Engineering, or related field
• Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese and English; Mandarin a plus
• Strong experience with Microsoft Windows technologies
• Hands-on skills with servers, storage, backups, networks, UPS
• Certifications (MCSE, MCITP, MS/AZ, VCAP, VCP, CISSP, CISA) a plus
