We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow developer to join a team focused on delivering high-quality solutions across multiple modules of the platform. The role involves ensuring development consistency, maintaining platform standards, and supporting integrations and complex workflows, while contributing to release readiness and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices to ensure quality and performance.
- Manage complex development tasks, including cross-module functionality, integrations, and advanced scripting.
- Support release preparation and provide guidance on defect resolution.
- Maintain adherence to platform architecture standards and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business and technical objectives.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience across multiple modules (e.g., ITSM, CRM, ITOM, ITAM).
- Proficient in server-side and client-side scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).
- Experience with system integrations, including REST APIs, MID Server, and CMDB.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.
