The Strategy Analyst will play a key role in supporting strategic initiatives across the organization, including market assessments, internal performance reviews, business case development, and executive-level presentations. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed market, competitor, and internal performance analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Build and maintain robust financial models to support strategic decision-making, business cases, and investment proposals.
  • Prepare high-impact PowerPoint presentations and strategy documents for the executive team and board-level communication.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and ensure alignment.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring transparency and strong communication throughout project lifecycles.
  • Monitor strategic project performance and support tracking of KPIs and strategic outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or a related field. MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus.
  • 2–5 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or a similar analytical role.

  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Exposure to end-user industries (e.g., consumer, retail, tech, healthcare, etc.) is advantageous.
