Supply Chain Project (Senior) Manager (Consumer FMCG)

A large-scale consumer business with deep logistics infrastructure is looking for a Supply Chain Project (Senior) Manager to lead high-impact transformation across its supply chain and fulfilment network.

This is a commercially visible role that will drive end-to-end project delivery (from scoping and execution through to cost tracking and change adoption) within a large-scale operational environment. The role reports into a functional director and works closely with senior cross-functional stakeholders across operations, finance, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic, cross-functional projects across supply chain, logistics, warehouse, and fulfilment operations
• Own the project lifecycle: planning, stakeholder alignment, budgeting, implementation, and post-deployment impact tracking
• Collaborate with data and finance teams to track KPIs, cost savings, and business outcomes
• Build structured governance and communication processes to manage risks, dependencies, and delivery cadence
• Drive change management efforts including training, engagement, and business adoption

Key Requirements

• Over 8 years of project leadership experience, with a strong track record in supply chain, logistics, fulfilment, or operations-led transformation
• Prior experience in consumer retail, FMCG, e-commerce fulfilment, logistics/3PL, or distribution environments is highly preferred
• Skilled at managing complex stakeholder landscapes and influencing mid-to-senior leadership
• Commercially grounded — able to manage budgets, cost allocations, and report ROI
• Highly organised, hands-on, and comfortable working in fast-paced, physical operational settings
