Test Engineer (UAT) / $55k P/M / FS / Cantonese needed

We are seeking an experienced Test Engineer to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our applications and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual testing across multiple applications, identifying defects and ensuring high-quality releases.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to define and execute test cases.
• Document test results, log and track defects using tools such as Jira and ServiceNow.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and standards.
• Support test planning, execution, and reporting activities.
• Exposure to or hands-on experience with test automation is a strong plus.

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in software testing, with a strong background in manual testing.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Cantonese (fluent) and English (good written and spoken).
• Familiarity with testing tools such as Jira and ServiceNow(advantageous).
• Knowledge of automation frameworks or scripting is desirable but not essential.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
