We are partnering with our established client to seek a hands-on Total Rewards Manager to lead the design and execution of compensation and benefits strategies for the Singapore market.

This role is ideal for a strategic yet detail-oriented professional who is passionate about driving reward initiatives that align with business objectives, support talent retention, and enhance employee engagement.

You will play a critical role in managing the full spectrum of total rewards, including salary benchmarking, incentive design, performance management, and benefits optimization, all while ensuring compliance with local regulations.   • Work closely with HR partners to ensure alignment across talent, learning, and development initiatives.

About You

You’re not just a compensation expert—you’re a business-minded, future-focused rewards professional who understands how to balance strategy and execution. You bring a passion for building employee experiences that are fair, motivating, and aligned with purpose.

What You Bring:

  • 6 to 10 years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or related HR domains.
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to connect reward initiatives to broader organizational goals.
  • A collaborative mindset with proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead through change.
  • Hands-on experience managing salary reviews, benefits programs, incentive plans, and job evaluation frameworks.
  • Strong analytical mindset with expertise in Excel and data visualization tools.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Singapore’s compensation and benefits regulations.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills—able to deliver in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • A genuine interest in people, innovation, and building a workplace where talent can thrive.
