Guillaume brings extensive international consulting experience across Europe, North America, and Asia. He began his career in engineering consulting in France, where he built consulting teams, recruited technical experts, and supported clients across multiple industries.
He later worked in Detroit, partnering with major automotive organizations and gaining deep exposure to large-scale industrial operations and engineering program delivery.
For the past seven years, Guillaume has been based in Singapore, focusing on IT and digital transformation, working with organizations across financial services, insurance, consumer goods, and technology. His experience spans major transformation initiatives including digital platforms, data programs, and technology modernization.
At Argyll Scott, Guillaume will focus on helping organizations navigating complex transformation journeys access the right talent and expertise to scale critical programs and strengthen their capabilities.
