I’m really excited to join the Argyll Scott Hong Kong team recently, and I'm focusing on client business development.
Before recruitment, I spent three years in logistics as an Account Manager and in Field Sales, which really shaped how I work with clients today. I’ve always enjoyed diving straight into challenges and figuring things out—especially when turning tough situations around. Working across different industries and teams taught me how much coordination goes on behind the scenes, and helped me build a collaborative, solution-focused mindset.
I moved into digital and tech recruitment in 2024 as a 360 recruiter. Coming from a different background, there was definitely a learning curve, but I’m grateful that I could lean on my client management and teamwork skills. Along the way, I had the chance to build new connections and managed to open four new accounts, which was a really fulfilling milestone for me.
I’m genuinely happy to now be part of Argyll Scott. With the strong network and support from the Hydrogen Group, and the collaboration within the Hong Kong Interim team, I’m really looking forward to learning, growing, and contributing here.
