AI Junior Project Manager - Retail (12 Months) 50K

A world leading retailer is delivering an exciting, complex AI programme and looking for a Junior Business Analyst / Project Manager to support the successful delivery of this endeavour.

The key objective of this position is to ensure business objectives, BU priorities, and solution scope are translated into a clear, executable programme plan, and delivered in close alignment with multiple workstreams.

This role is commercially driven, emphasizing engagement, alignment, and integration across stakeholders to enhance execution speed and improve delivery control across markets.

• Support translation of solution designs into workstream-level delivery plans
• Ensure stakeholder engagement, alignment, and integration to enhance execution speed across markets while strengthening delivery control to effectively manage risk.
• Coordinates request for changes from original specifications and ensures proper change communication and impact analysis
• Works closely with cross functional teams such as Product Ownership, BI, Data, Analytics, Agentic, Architecture, Group IT, and Business Units
• Maintain a single source of truth for BU inputs, expectations, assumptions, and commitments
• Participates in the development of system requirements and design specifications
• Plan and execute change / adoption activities (including training planning and documentation), and validating that deliverables meet agreed business-readiness criteria

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of business analysis and project management experience - some exposure to Retail industry would be an advantage
• Strong prioritization, process documentation and project management skills
• Experience managing multiple, complex, small-to-large projects in a cross-functional environment
• Background in analytics preferred but not a must
• Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese speaking also preferred
