Role Duties

Own portfolio level RAID log and governance framework

Aggregate reporting across multiple business units

Standardise portfolio tracking using Confluence

Train junior PMO staff on reporting and templates

Present aggregated SteerCo updates to regional leadership
Role Requirements
-
10+ years financial services experience
-
True portfolio level not single programme delivery
-
Financial services background insurance or banking
-
Proven experience training and upskilling PMO teams
-
Confluence and JIRA proficiency preferred
