Confidential search: An international luxury beauty maison is looking for an experienced Regional Training Manager (SEAO) to join its regional hub in Singapore.

Reporting directly to the Zone President, this regional role sits between Global Training and the SEAO-Asia markets, translating global product, selling ceremony and brand training into effective learning for local retail teams and distributor partners.

The scope covers several domestics markets (non-travel retail) across SEAO-Asia for both directly operated and distributor-led businesses.

This mandate requires someone who can operate with a high degree of autonomy, structure and judgement across multiple markets and stakeholders while maintaining consistently high standards of execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the regional rollout of global product, Selling Ceremony and brand training, including Train-the-Trainer delivery for local trainers.
  • Adapt global learning content, examples and facilitation approaches to different market cultures, operating environments and levels of maturity while protecting brand standards.
  • Strengthen distributor training capability through direct facilitation, Train-the-Trainer programmes and structured post-training follow-up.
  • Build and engage the regional trainer community, developing trainer capability and creating regular opportunities for best-practice sharing across markets.
  • Connect Global Training with the markets by consolidating field feedback, tracking training effectiveness and aligning learning priorities with regional business needs.

Key Requirements

  • Strong regional training capability within a luxury environment (beauty, fashion, lifestyle), with a sound understanding of luxury client experience and the cultural differences across APAC domestic markets (non travel retail).
  • Proven strength in facilitation, Train-the-Trainer delivery and instructional design across in-person, digital and hybrid learning formats.
  • Ability to adapt global learning programmes locally without compromising brand identity, messaging or training standards.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across local, regional, distributor and global teams within an international matrix organisation.
  • Proficient in using data, KPIs and training impact measures to improve learning effectiveness, with strong Excel and PowerPoint capability.
