The opportunity

We are partnered with a global life insurer to build out its regional AI Centre of Excellence, supporting AI-led transformation across its Asian businesses. The Centre combines AI engineering, data science and product expertise to bring new capabilities into customer-facing and operational business processes.

As a Full-Stack Developer, you will turn models and agents into applications that people can use effectively. Working within a cross-functional AI delivery squad, you will connect emerging AI capabilities with enterprise systems, intuitive interfaces and the controls needed for real-world adoption.

What you will do

• Build front-end and back-end components for AI-enabled business products.
• Develop APIs and integrations with enterprise applications and services.
• Create interfaces supporting user interaction, human review and feedback.
• Implement exception-handling workflows and auditability.
• Embed security, testing and accessibility into application development.
• Work with AI engineers and market technology teams to improve product performance, usability and maintainability.

What you will bring

• Strong front-end, back-end and API development skills.
• Experience delivering enterprise integrations.
• Practical knowledge of secure coding and disciplined software testing.
• Experience building applications that incorporate ML or AI capabilities.
• Ability to translate user needs into reliable, usable product features.

Preferred: Insurance-industry experience.
