About the company
This organisation operates in a structured, people‑centric environment with a strong focus on governance, workforce planning, and long‑term capability building. The culture values professionalism, collaboration, and clear communication across all levels of the organisation.

About the role
You will provide both HR advisory and day to day HR operational support. Working as part of a broader HRBP team, you will partner closely with business leaders to align workforce strategies with organisational objectives. Key responsibilities include workforce planning, advising on employee relations matters, driving performance management processes, and ensuring compliance with local labour regulations and internal HR policies. The role also involves maintaining accurate HR records, analysing HR metrics to improve effectiveness, and continuously enhancing HR processes and systems in partnership with internal stakeholders.

What we’ll like to see in you
The successful candidate will have a degree in Human Resources or a related discipline, along with solid experience in an HR Business Partner capacity within a structured organisation. You are confident acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to influence across multiple levels. You are proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing employee relations cases, performance management cycles, and policy interpretation independently. Experience working within government‑linked, public sector, or similarly regulated environments will be viewed favourably, as it demonstrates an ability to operate within formal frameworks and established processes.

Why you’ll love this role
This opportunity offers exposure to meaningful HR work in a stable and well‑defined environment, where HR is viewed as a genuine business partner. You will work alongside experienced HR professionals, support a clearly defined client group, and play an active role in shaping consistent HR practices across the organisation. For an HRBP who values structure, stakeholder engagement, and long‑term impact over transactional work, this role provides both professional credibility and career stability.
