Bid / Proposal Manager – APAC Public Sector / 10-12k
Singapore | 6-Month Contract (potential for extension)

We’re partnering with a leading global technology business to hire an experienced Bid / Proposal Manager to support public sector opportunities across APAC.

This role offers regional exposure and ownership of complex bids for cloud and enterprise technology solutions, working closely with sales, solution engineering, legal, security and leadership teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end bid process for government and public sector tenders, RFPs and RFIs.

• Develop compelling, compliant proposals tailored to customer requirements.

• Coordinate cross-functional contributors, reviews and submission deadlines.

• Shape response strategies, win themes and executive summaries.

• Improve proposal processes and maintain reusable content libraries.

What we’re looking for:

• At least 3 years’ experience in bid, proposal or tender management.

• Experience managing government or public sector bids.

• Strong proposal writing, stakeholder management and organisational skills.

• Technology, software, cloud or IT services experience preferred.

• Ability to manage multiple submissions in a fast-paced environment.

An immediate or short-notice start is strongly preferred. Applicants must have existing right to work in Singapore.
