Business Analyst - 50K-58K - Insurance (6 months)

My client is a reputable Insurance company, seeking a a Business Analyst to join their group office. This is a wonderful opportunity for those who are eager to make an impact by identifying areas within the business to improve and implement those changes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with business stakeholders and the Digital Product team to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Support the integration of the Group solution with local platforms.
• Prepare user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and change requests.
• Provide requirement clarification during SIT and UAT.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience within Insurance industry
• Solid exposure to digital applications
• Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese
• Highly adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Exposure to digital transformation, customer experience, or omnichannel initiatives is an advantage
