Business Analyst | CONTRACT | Insurance | 60-85M

We’re partnering with a leading international insurer to hire three Senior Business Systems Analysts supporting data and technology delivery initiatives.

The opportunities span Agile delivery, requirements management and data governance, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.

What you’ll do:

• Gather, analyse and document business and system requirements.
• Translate requirements into user stories and clear acceptance criteria.
• Manage and refine backlogs with product owners and delivery teams.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions to align priorities and resolve questions.
• Support Agile delivery and identify opportunities to improve processes and delivery metrics.
• For the data-focused position, support requirements relating to data quality, metadata, cataloguing and lineage.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
• Proven requirements gathering, documentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in backlog refinement and Agile delivery.
• Ability to bridge business needs and technical implementation.
• Data governance and data quality knowledge would be advantageous for the data-focused opportunity.
