My client is a Financial Services company is currently in the critical transitional phase of moving from one investment management system to another.
They are currently looking for a Business Analyst with substantial experience in hypercare support to facilitate a smooth post-production experience. This role is pivotal in ensuring system efficiency and functionality during this transition.
This is initially a 6-months engagement looking to extend.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyse business requirements
- Conduct thorough analyses to identify root causes of any system issues, ensuring effective solutions are implemented
- Coordinate efforts across teams, driving initiatives to improve system performance and user satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, translating technical issues into actionable insights
- Demonstrate strong critical thinking skills to navigate challenges, ensuring confidence in decision-making processes
Requirements:
- 7+ years of Business Analysis experience within Financial Services, preferably within the investment management sector
- Solid understanding of hypercare processes and system transitions
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and resolve issues effectively
- Excellent communication abilities, capable of coordinating efforts across diverse teams
- A proactive attitude and the confidence to drive initiatives and influence outcomes
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English and Cantonese
