Business Analyst (Pension) - up to 63K / Month - Permanent

My client is a financial services company, seeking Business Analysts (both Technical and non-Technical) to join their expanding team. Key Responsibilities for Business Analysts:

• Gather and analyse business requirements
• Drafting and reviewing business requirement documents
• Writing and documenting user stories
• Conduct analysis of existing processes and systems and identify areas for improvements and enhancements
• Assisting in project management tasks, including planning, execution, and monitoring progress
• Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese
  
  

Technical Business Analyst Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as technical business analyst
• Gathering and analysing business requirements
• Review test cases and plans
• Experience with data migration and SQL, Oracle
• Experience with front & back end systems - digital applications
• Highly adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  
  

Operations (Non-Technical) Business Analyst Requirements:

• 4+ years experience as Business Analyst
• Strong understanding of end2end Pension operations and processes, contributions flow, regulations
• Extensive experience in writing detailed BRD, experienced in both Waterfall & Agile methodology
• Problem solving and logical thinking skills
