My client is a financial services company, seeking Business Analysts (both Technical and non-Technical) to join their expanding team. Key Responsibilities for Business Analysts:
- Gather and analyse business requirements
- Drafting and reviewing business requirement documents
- Writing and documenting user stories
- Conduct analysis of existing processes and systems and identify areas for improvements and enhancements
- Assisting in project management tasks, including planning, execution, and monitoring progress
- Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese
Technical Business Analyst Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as technical business analyst
- Gathering and analysing business requirements
- Review test cases and plans
- Experience with data migration and SQL, Oracle
- Experience with front & back end systems - digital applications
- Highly adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Operations (Non-Technical) Business Analyst Requirements:
- 4+ years experience as Business Analyst
- Strong understanding of end2end Pension operations and processes, contributions flow, regulations
- Extensive experience in writing detailed BRD, experienced in both Waterfall & Agile methodology
- Problem solving and logical thinking skills
