Country CFO, Philippines (B2B; complex multi entities)

A leading international B2B group is hiring an experienced Chief Finance Officer / Finance Director to lead its Philippines finance organisation.

Based in Manila, this is a high-visibility Country CFO mandate for one of the group’s key markets, reporting directly to the Group CFO and partnering closely with the Philippines country MD. The role covers a sizeable, complex, multi-entity operating business across financial reporting, budgeting, treasury, tax, credit, collections, working capital, shared services, controls, commercial finance, and finance transformation.

The business needs a finance leader who can operate beyond controllership; commercially sharp, hands-on and change-oriented, with the calibre, presence, and leadership capability to operate at both country and regional level.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the full Philippines finance function across reporting, budgeting, treasury, tax, credit, collections, shared services, controls, and governance

Partner with the Group CFO, Market MD, Exco, and commercial leaders on business performance, CAPEX, contracts, working capital, and strategic planning

Drive finance transformation across structure, process, systems, reporting discipline, controls, and team capability

Oversee cash flow, banking, receivables, credit risk, DSO, supplier payments, and principal profitability

Key Requirements

CPA-qualified senior finance leader; current or former CFO, Chief Finance Officer, Finance Director, Country CFO, Country Finance Head

Strong experience across controllership, commercial finance, treasury, tax, working capital, controls, and business partnering

Background in healthcare/pharmaceutical distribution, logistics, FMCG, industrial, B2B services, commercial services, or multi-entity distribution businesses

Strong understanding of the Philippines operating environment, ideally with regional / international exposure

Proven change-oriented finance leader, able to improve processes, raise team capability, strengthen controls, and influence senior stakeholders
