KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Benefits Program Management

  • Implement and manage card benefits programs across affluent and emerging affluent card segments.
  • Ensure timely onboarding of benefit providers and integration into card platforms.
  • Coordinate with operations, IT, and customer service teams to enable smooth benefit fulfilment.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with benefit providers and ensure adherence to SLAs.

Compliance and Documentation

  • Ensure all benefits programs comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for audits and compliance checks.
  • Work with customer service or LRM teams to address benefit-related queries and complaints.
  • Develop FAQs, training materials, and support guides for internal teams.

Performance and Reporting

  • Track benefit utilisation, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for senior management.
  • Recommend process improvements based on data insights.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
  • 5 to 8 years of professional experience in card benefits or usage management, partnership management, product execution, or loyalty program management within the credit card, financial services, or fintech industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing card benefits and offers that drive revenue growth and business expansion.
  • Experience managing partners, agencies, and vendors; strong negotiation and project management skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen: pricing, unit economics, and contract negotiation.
  • Data-driven mindset; proficiency with Excel or Sheets and dashboards.
  • Working knowledge of compliance in cards and benefits (marketing claims, insurance benefits, data privacy, etc.) preferred.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.
