We are supporting a well-established banking organisation in the search for a Data Analytics & CRM Manager
to join their digital and customer analytics function. Candidates with slightly less experience may be considered at Assistant Manager
level.
This role sits at the intersection of data analytics, CRM, and digital messaging, working closely with business, analytics, and technology stakeholders to deliver high-impact customer communications across multiple digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver digital messaging initiatives across multiple channels, including eDM, SMS, MMS, push notifications, and emerging platforms
- Manage end-to-end delivery of digital messaging solutions, from business scoping and requirements gathering through development, deployment, and post-implementation measurement
- Act as a core member of cross-functional delivery teams spanning business, data, analytics, and technology
- Ensure high-quality, accurate, and timely execution of customer messaging campaigns
- Provide operational insight and a pragmatic approach to the design, build, and optimisation of CRM communications
- Perform hands-on analytics
to support campaign lead generation, tracking, and performance measurement
- Translate analytical findings into clear business insights and actionable recommendations
Key Requirements
- University degree in Statistics, Data & Information Management, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail banking, with exposure to data, analytics, or CRM environments
- Strong Python programming experience (essential)
- SAS programming experience highly advantageous
- Solid understanding of digital messaging and CRM technologies(e.g. SFMC, AEM or similar platforms)
- Experience across the full content development lifecycle, including post-deployment support and performance measurement
- Working knowledge of SQL, Tableau/QlikSense, Python, SAS, Pega

- Strong stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to engage business, operations, and technology teams
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong ownership mindset and zero tolerance for data quality issues
- Must speak Chinese
